Medical technology:
the method of treatment of the spinal cord and brain traumatic disease by autologous hemopoietic stem cells.

Annotation:
The technology of treatment of the spinal cord and brain diseases by transfusion of autologous hematopoietic stem cells of peripheral blood (AHSCPB) into SCF consists of 4 stages:
-the stage of complex laboratory and instrumental evaluation of the patients,
-the stage of harvest and preparation of biomaterials (methods of AHSCPB mobilization, AHSCPB harvest, standardization and certification of cell material, cryo-preservation of AHSCPB),
-the stage of brain and spinal cord preparation
-the stage of AHSCPB transfusion to a neurological patient (preparing the preparartion for transfusion, intrathecal and/or intraventricular infusion of AHSCPB).

Indications, contraindications and necessary equipment are enumerated in the addendum.*
